View, location, 25 floor, romantic music, tasty deserts, champagne, tea, a little pack of “Любимов” candies- all included in standard reservation. Also so many options for extra payment. The best time to come, as I think, it’s evening, just like we did. On entrance you have to sign documents about safe time spending. I think it’s a perfect place for the ones who prefer to have privacy and spend romantic time together!
From the very beginning of booking to the whole experience, these guys were some of the most professional people I have ever met in my stay in Ukraine.
