View, location, 25 floor, romantic music, tasty deserts, champagne, tea, a little pack of “Любимов” candies- all included in standard reservation. Also so many options for extra payment. The best time to come, as I think, it’s evening, just like we did. On entrance you have to sign documents about safe time spending.
